✦ Maximum amount of major revisions are 3 (pose, compositions), other than that, minor revisions like details are fine

Please read this TOS before you proceed to order a commission, as by ordering a commission means that you agree to follow my TOS

✦ PENALTIES ✦

✦ If you fail to fulfill your payments PAST our agreed deadline, please note that your commission will be TERMINATED, and if a first installment of a 50/50 payment has been made, you will also receive HALF OF THE REFUND WITHOUT ANY OF THE SKETCHES (DRAFTS AND APPROVED).
✦ If you happen to break the second installment of the 50/50 payment policy 2 separate times and you still wish to commission me in the future, i will only accept a FULL UPFRONT INSTALLMENT from then on.Please make responsible monetary decisions, such as commissioning in a price range that fits your budget.✦ Trying to force a commission on me even though i have refused it will have you BLACKLISTED

✦ General ✦

✦ Commission rates might change in the future
✦ I have the right to reject or accept the commission without needing to justify myself.
✦ I have the right to ask for another reference/background if it's too complex
✦ NFTs and AI are absolutely not allowed.

✦ Process and delivery ✦

✦ I will let you know a day before i finally start on your commission
✦ While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
✦ The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
✦ The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work such as school, etc.
✦ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.
✦ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.

✦ Payment ✦

✦ Commissions can be paid either full upfront OR split 50% upfront and 50% after final sketch
✦ I will prioritize clients who paid in full first
✦ Clients who paid 50% upfront will be put below the list of people who paid in full
✦ Commissions will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled if i fail to see signs of fulfilled payment within 7 days after i sent the invoice✦ USD payment via paypal
✦ IDR payment via bank transfer
✦ IDR payment is STRICTLY for locals
✦ Don't send me any form of payment before I have agreed to our terms and requested you to send me the payment
✦ Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
✦ Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed

✦ Cancellation & Refund Policy ✦

✦ You're not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission unless it's initiated by me for any reasons.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission within 4 months , you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
✦ If you're not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece, I will add them in.

✦ Revisions ✦

✦ 3x Major Revisions on the early sketching stages (such as another pose or composition)
✦ If all elements are clearly communicated upon, i will give you updates on each stage of your commission, and only upon approval i will move to the next stage
✦ A fee will be added for a major revision on the final stages/result of your commission. Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
✦ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved on past the drafting and any stage we've passed, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
✦ Please make sure that your reference or description is as clear as possible at the start.

✦ Copyright & Usage ✦

✦ Moon (the artist): ✦

✦ I deserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
✦ The artwork belongs to me so therefore i'm allowed to use them as my portfolio and post them everywhere online.
✦ All copyrights to the art, sketches, concepts and final artwork shall forever remain in the ownership of Artist.
✦ I will NOT claim for the Intellectual Property (IP) of your commissioned artwork/.
✦ I will NOT profit your commissioned piece further unless you break one or any of my terms.

✦ You (the client): ✦

✦ You are absolutely NOT allowed to use the work in blockchain tokenization a.k.a NFTs
✦ Any of my art CANNOT be used in any AI / machine learning purposes.
✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media platforms with the watermarked artwork i provided and credit to my work
✦ You are NOT allowed to make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, adoptables, etc.) unless we have discussed and agreed on the usage.
✦ You are NOT allowed to trace, heavily reference or mofidy the commissioned artwork and claim it as your work.
✦ All of the Intellectual Property except the artwork belongs to you.
✦ Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and or monetized content as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

✦ The following is considered copyright infringement: ✦

✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms and/ or use the work in blockchain tokenization a.k.a NFTs
✦ Feeding it to AI
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own
✦ Altering the artwork without my consent
✦ In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased (If you want to use the artwork commercially).
✦ Removing my signature from the artwork

✦ Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)
✦ Sketch and/or final sketches that you must approve before I continue the work
✦ Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
✦ Final file formats are PNG & JPEG.
